Course Information

This face-to-face training provides the knowledge and practical skills needed to carry out safe, effective and compliant medication audits in community-based adult social care services, including Home Care and Supported Living. Learners will gain hands-on experience using audit tools, identifying risks and areas for improvement, analysing findings, and using audit outcomes to strengthen medicines management, staff competence and service quality.
