Course Information

This two-part webinar series focuses on managing common symptoms at end of life in care home settings. The assessment session teaches how to identify and assess symptoms such as pain, breathlessness, agitation, etc., holistically and with proper documentation. 

The treatment session covers non-drug strategies and holistic interventions to manage these symptoms, emphasising a gentle, person-centred approach to relieve discomfort at end of life. The series aims to improve the knowledge and confidence of care home staff in treating and relieving end-of-life symptoms compassionately.
