Explains how inclusive leadership can lead to positive changes in organisations. Covers principles of inclusive practices, engaging diverse team members, and creating an environment where everyone is valued in the change process.

Introduction to Deterioration

Teaches how to spot early signs of someone’s health getting worse. Introduces frailty, the PIER approach (Prevent, Identify, Escalate, Respond), and simple tools to track changes and share concerns promptly.
